This build features built-to-suite bays. Teton West took advantage of Varco Pruden's "Fast Track" program to deliver a building that is more economical and had a quicker design and fabrication turnaround, and then collaborated with our partners at Ridge Structural Engineering to design the parapet walls that create an attractive aesthetic. The owner wanted to feature custom rusting panels on the parapet walls to increase the uniqueness of their building.
